Message:
Note to ICANN: The next time you sign an agreement with a new TLD operator - you should make sure: A) Thier system is going to work! Afilias' new registration system has been down longer than it has been up! And, B) That the business model of the new TLD operator does not include anything ILLEGAL like NeuLevel's .BIZ name lottery! If the ICANN Board would have chosen Image Online Design back in November of 2000, we would not be exeriencing this fiasco today! They have 5 years worth of experience and they have a solid and LEGAL business model. If you would like to save-face and correct the mistakes that you've already allowed to happen - you should put IOD's .web into the root immediately!
