Subject: ... but many dot web domain names already taken

Thank you for mentioning it. I was not familiar with IOD and, thanks to the link which you provided, I visited their website. I decided to check if those generic domain names which I would have submitted for dot info if they had not been taken fraudulently during Sunrise period, were still available in dot web. I saw that most of them were already registered at dot web. If dot web really gets ICANN approval, as you incline to think, it would be very frustrating for most of us, since many names of interest seem already to be taken.
I remain convinced that dot info has a very bright future and will become the most popular sector after dot com. But obviously, it would begin under more pleasant auspices if the Sunrise chaos could be cleaned, and all fruadulent domain names be put again on the market (although I realize that there will be such a competition for a few thousands names that most of us are unlikely to get any in Landrush II, but at least there will be justice).
