I applied for 50 domain name applications (all for the
same domain
name) with Verisign and was billed $175. I filed 1 IP claim
with
Neulevel for $90.When the IP conflict emails went out I didn't receive
one. I have
called BOTH companies repeatedly and have spoken with several
senior
people. Verisign claims they sent my 50 records to Neulevel.
Neulevel
claims they never received them. AND NONE OF THE
SO-CALLED-MANAGERS AT EITHER
COMPANY WILL PICK UP THE PHONE AND CALL
THE OTHER COMPANY TO FIND OUT WHY THIS
PROBLEM OCCURRED.
Now the deadline has passed and I don't even have a
shot at
my domain name. I'm extremely upset at how mismanaged this
debacle has been.
If
I were any of you that filed a domain name application I would
double check to
be sure that it actually got sent to Neulevel. Don't
assume Neulevel has
it!!
Maybe ICANN can help solve this problem.
