but definitely blame Afilias for not checking trademarks at award time. Checking trademarks of all submissions would be a huge waste of time, because 75% or more of submissions would fail to obtain the requested domain. Checking trademarks of all awarded domains would be the best way to eliminate frauds and revoke fraudulent domains.  Then hold a second landrush for all such revoked domains.
