"Kindly advise what action can be taken against such persons
who have apparently
fraudulently registered domain names which the rest
of us who have played clean
have been deprived of.Thanking you

From Richard
Henderson:
Well actually, it was Afilias who registered the fraudulent domains.
Also,
it was Afilias Board members whose registrar companies who took money FOR OVER HALF
OF ALL THE FRAUDULENT APPLICATIONS, charging to help them get those FAKES registered.
And
Afilias Board members also submitted fraudulent applications with FAKE Trademark
details themselves.
And as you say: you've played clean and been deprived of them.
One
of the great disgraces in Internet history.
