If not, I would respond immediately with a polite e-mail to gt confirmation that they have trademark. I am not an expert, but it would be interesting if you also sent e-mail to NS asking if they received a request from this company for Sunrise registration. If you did chose to contest this, NS Solution's response in writing could be useful. Just some thoughts.  Best wishes.
