"To accept a registration fee under those circumstances would possibly amount to
intentionally and/or knowingly accepting money under false pretences." ......On
those grounds, Speednames and DomainBank would have been wrong to submit Plankenstein
and Lorenz's (respectively) applications. They took a hell of a lot of money to submit
names they knew should be deleted.
That sure looks like taking money improperly
to me!
And, of course, DomainBank is the company of Afilias CEO Hal Lubsen! And
Speednames is represented on the Afilias Board too!
And why don't they delete the
thousands of names NOW since Plankenstein and Lorenz have already admitted they are
ineligible (and false)?
And why don't they return the money they took or give it
to charity?
How dare they take so much money for something they know was fraudulent?
