I knew perfectly well what you are saying Mike.

You are correct.

You know I am *** TOTALLY AGAINST ***Sunrise in new OPEN TLDs.

BUT - IF YOU ARE GOING TO DO THIS:

I believe a fairer way to do it would be:

1. Open Sunrise.

2. Give domain to first legitimate trademark that applies.

Explaination:
False trademarks will not apply - waste of money.
First come first served is fairest.
That way trademark with most money do not get unfair advantage with a million tickets.
Also trademarks are not paying towards illegal lottery.
Afilias cannot sell the same tickets a thousand or more times.

3. Close Sunrise.

4. Open TLD to the public.
