Dot-reg [or dot-rtm as i prefer] is absolutely necessary to identify and protect
trademarks and avoid [or reduce] consumer confusion. Apple Computers and Apple
Records both cannot claim apple.com domain. Nissan Motors and Nissan Computers
both cannot claim nissan.com domain. The solution domain.class.country.trademarkTLD
is so obvious. Thanks to Garry Anderson for first pointing that out.
