No attack, I agree completely. In our case, we have registrations because we were
told to go live. There's nothing that can be done about it. Were ICANN to tell us,
today, "turn the registry off - you're going into the roots next year, so let's make
it as fair for everyone as we can," we would. The problem, though, is that NO TLD
HAS STARTED UP CLEAN! With each and every one of the 7 TLDs that ICANN approved,
they've all given preferential treatment to trademark owners in a sunrise. The sunrise
in .info and .biz took VASTLY MORE names than the 26,000 already registered in our
.Web registry. I agree with what you want - but NOBODY is providing it. And, ironically,
we're the least problem compared to the rest.
