Can anyone clarify for me what the guidelines are? What constitutes registering in bad faith? What constitutes 'no rights or legitimate interests' in a domain? With respect to geographical place names, am I allowed to make a site about a city on the other side of the world? If I put a 'for sale' sign on the domain does this destroy any claim of legitimate interest? Can I protect my domain by registering a trade mark after getting the domain?
