There is no justification for attempting to steal a domain name owners name using the legal system if you don't have a trademark. Location and Geographics names/terms are generic, descriptive terms and are not able to be trade marked. If a term is overly descriptive, it will be difficult to TM the term. If you reside in US, you are safe from potential thieves who would try to take your names. There is plenty of established president of city/geographic domain name holders doing business on the web.
