"Do you think ICANN has 100% Visibility?"Look, I am not a big fan of ICANN, and
to say what I am about to say just bugs the heck out of me. But, the visibility
enjoyed by the legacy root is all that matters.
My opinion (and that is all it
is...my opinion) is that we should all be working toward a better overseeing body
with the same responsibilities as ICANN, but more responsible and open. To
embrace a solution, like New.Net, that circumvents ICANN is a blueprint for disaster.
Again, we don't need to circumvent ICANN, we need to improve (drastically) ICANN.
