This is just one guy's opinion. Mine. Although I will say that any domain
with limited visibility sort of defeats the purpose. After all, we have web
sites so everyone can see them, not just a few, and that they can be found without
modifying browser software or the like. Again, this is just an opinion, so
please don't take it personally :-) I would be interested in hearing what else besides
visibility you think matters. New.Net seems rather focused on their growing
but limited visibility. "Why do you care if the name ends in .BIZ or .WEB?" I
don't like .BIZ. I like .WEB. "Are you aware that ICANN is just doing "Proof-of-Concept"
tests?" Yes, or so ICANN says. What they are trying to prove is beyond me.
If they are wanting to prove there are companies out there that are incapable of
operating a registry, then I think their mission has been accomplished. Shelby
