      Regarding 3D

Since IOD apparently is not familiar with some of the
technology for the Next Generation Internet. I find it
hard to imagine that you can claim Full-Scale-Deployment.

You might want to read the book, FlatLand, by Edwin Abbott.
It may help provide some useful background material. It was
written in 1884.
