It actually sets out Vint's justifications very well.

This was the address he made earlier this year to the House Committee on Energy and Commerce, Subcommittee on Telecommunications and the Internet.

In the letter I've just posted previously on this forum, the Subcommittee wrote to Mr Evans, clearly not wholly won over by Vint's justification for selecting certain Registries.

I wonder what this Subcommittee think now, and what they will think of the reports we send them on this debacle and ICANN's readiness to preside over it, without apparent intervention?
