WIPO is not only late in posting decisions, but they are apparently about three weeks
behind in all processing, making it very tough for real IP owners to see if their
name has already been challenged by another legitimate owner or not. Thus, later
potential challengers have to take a 'gamble' to challenge, committing themselves
financially with no guarantee of success, even if they do own a TM. All part of the
plan to make as much money from this process, no doubt. WIPO should have an automated
system that updates the info on challengers immediately, so other TM holders can
make informed decisions on whether to challenge or not. They've already made well
over $139,000 in challenges alone; surely they can afford this. Cheers, Dave
