The respondents fee was due by 8th October - they did not respond, so WIPO rules say they get a reminder and an extension for 10 days, making their new response date the 18th October. I emailed them on the 19th, and thereafter until I was notified of the decision on 24th October. The name was originally registered by our friends at Spy Productions. It is unreasonable for you to ask me for the domain name - it is a generic which to my knowledge is not trademarked. I challenged the name and paid (begrudgingly)the $295 on behalf of my employer as it relates to my employers business - and I was uncertain if Afilias would challenge the name themselves - and we hope to pick it up in a Landrush II if we are lucky.
