Subject: .biz injuction ends - criminal enterprise to proceed?

      Icannwatch is reporting that the .biz injuction has ended because the plaintiffs were unable to put up a large bond. Does this mean that ICANN/neulevel can unjustly enrich themselves through a criminal scheme?
