Simply because EVERYONE routes to IPv4 addresses. Your IPv8 scheme, while technically
interesting, is nothing more than private tunneling. As such, it requires that the
whole net be running it in order to ensure ubiquity. So I'll say the same thing
to you that I say to the myriad of alternative roots that spring up now and again:
show me 90% adoption, and we'll talk. Until then, you're just spitting in the wind.
