I may be wrong, but I'm presuming that the WWWC will eventually create an IPv8 to
replace IPv6 many years after IPv6 replaces IPv4 namespace. Even if the WWWC's
IPv8 collides with Fleming's IPv8. After all, ORSC set the precedent of
colliding dot-biz TLD's, and ICANN copied that precedent. There are now three dot-biz
namespaces on the internet: 1. Winstar's dot-biz [the original dot-biz]; 2.
ARNI's dot-biz [awarded by ORSC at Winstar's expense]; 3. Neulevel's dot-biz [awarded
by ICANN].
