Subject: ICANN's Proof of Concept term just a formality. ICANN will give final approval to Afilias & Neulevel

unless discover vast criminal or incompetent acts thereof.

If ICANN ultimately disapproves them, then their customers' domains will not be revoked.

All honest owners of .info and .biz domains in the main root will keep their domains -- even if ICANN revokes Afilias's .info Registry status or Neulevel's .biz Registry status, and transfers such elsewhere.

ICANN will give final approval to .info and .biz [even if ICANN ultimately selects a different company to be Registry].
