.BIZ is still in the Proof-of-Concept Phase

Without alternate roots, .BIZ would not have been able to
enter the Early Experimental Phase. Even .WEB has relied
on alternate roots to get started.

How .BIZ shapes up in the Full-Deployment Phase remains to
be seen. First, the .BIZ Community of owners needs to get
sorted out, to mature, to grow into a self-governing unit,
etc., similar to .COM. ICANN is essentially funded and run
by the .COM Community. There will likely be a separate
ICANN-like group for .BIZ as it grows.
