Earlier on this Forum, Fleming mentioned that dot-biz and dot-info are in the proof-of-concept phase, implying that domain owners risked losing their domains if ICANN changed registries for the Implementation Phase.

So I said that ICANN will DEFINITELY approve dot-biz and dot-info [now in the FORMALITY of a proof-of-concept phase], even if ICANN takes dot-biz and dot-info away from Neulevel and Afilias, respectively, and gives those to new companies in the Implementation Phase.  [But current dot-biz and dot-info domain owners won't lose their domains, even if the Registries lose their Registry status.]

Then Fleming says Correct but posts something entirely different than what I posted.  Is he spamming his business on this forum?  Or what?
