Earlier on this Forum, Fleming mentioned that dot-biz and dot-info are in the proof-of-concept
phase, implying that domain owners risked losing their domains if ICANN changed registries
for the Implementation Phase. So I said that ICANN will DEFINITELY approve dot-biz
and dot-info [now in the FORMALITY of a proof-of-concept phase], even if ICANN takes
dot-biz and dot-info away from Neulevel and Afilias, respectively, and gives those
to new companies in the Implementation Phase. [But current dot-biz and dot-info
domain owners won't lose their domains, even if the Registries lose their Registry
status.] Then Fleming says Correct but posts something entirely different than
what I posted. Is he spamming his business on this forum? Or what?
