      It should be clear now why .WEB was not added.

.WEB was too advanced for the ICANN Proof-of-Concept tests.
.WEB would have been operational a year ago, with very few
conflicts. There is no money in no conflicts. Also, .WEB
would have shown the world how easy it is to smoothly add
TLDs. Most people have been dupped into thinking it is a
big deal that requires lots of staff and meetings held
around the world. .WEB would not have required any of that.
