I use my true real name for posting for several reasons, propably the same ones as
you.
But posting anonymously allows you to speak your mind more freely.
Wish
that I could do that sometimes - though not violent person, I would really give ICANN,
WIPO and DoC a verbal beating.
I talk to a pseudonym no differently, you know if
they are honest people behind them - from their posts.
We are all motivated by
many things - by itself, hiding name should not be considered as attempt to be deceptive.
