Subject:	when the biz registry goes live Nov. 7th

what are the chances of someone successfully registering a biz name when the biz registry goes "live" on nov.7th... even though others might have requested the same biz name during the pre-registtration period, but their registration has been held up due to multiple applications for the same name. it seems like something that should not be able to occur, but with all the gaps in the registering of these new domain names, maybe it is possible. Any thoughts on this?
