One shouldn't be charged for work not performed. On the other issue(s), can a citizen from OuterSpacolia not doing business in say the USA be cited for taking a domain name that is a USA registered TM? Now if ethics are the topic, how about a lawyer for Amaglamated International Bigbucks Corp., (or on his/her own), allegedly knowingly and intentionally submitting false TM data to gain a generic during sunrise? Is this cause for disbarment? Surely, the landrush applications just got inadvertently mixed up with the sunrise applications. "I did not have sex with that woman". Ah, ok dokey.
