One shouldn't be charged for
work not performed. On the other issue(s), can a citizen from OuterSpacolia not doing
business in say the USA be cited for taking a domain name that is a USA registered
TM? Now if ethics are the topic, how about a lawyer for Amaglamated International
Bigbucks Corp., (or on his/her own), allegedly knowingly and intentionally submitting
false TM data to gain a generic during sunrise? Is this cause for disbarment? Surely,
the landrush applications just got inadvertently mixed up with the sunrise applications.
