1) Find some people gullible enough to lend you money to start up your enterprise.        2) Use this to steal/defraud much more money from others.       3) Place most of it somewhere safe (wife, Switzerland, etc).       4) Gear up huge borrowings on all assets and transfer money somewhere safe as well.       4) Declare bankruptcy - gullible backers, creditors and customers lose all.       5) Use some of the safely hidden money to fund the best legal team money can buy.       6) Live the high life on the mystery proceeds of suddenly wealthy relatives and well-wishers.
