The worst customer service and
unreliability ever despite their cosmetic enhanced site.I think Verisign is squeezing
them for every last penny of revenue to pay off the interest on the HUGE bill incurred
by Verisign for purchasing Netsol. That bill will never be paid off in a thousand
years given the current rate of return on domain registration - marginal to say the
least.
Same thing happened to poor old registrars.com since Verisign took over.
The once excellent service suddenly disappears.
Moral of the story.. when a big
debt-ridden corporation buys a company out and you are only just a customer, run
for the hills.
