election, and proved that Bush won. However, media also made hypothetical cases
[what if non-votes (ie dimples) were counted as votes, etcetera] which they decided
to not release after September 11th. BTW, dimples are either evidence of fraud
[punching three or four ballots stacked together, thus creating dimples in bottom
ballots] or evidence of voter change of mind [deciding to abstain rather than vote
for a candidate].
