If there were no sunrise frauds, the trademark rule of generics being acceptable in a different class would necessitate that all sunrise domains would be misleading and frustrate users using domains as keywords.

The addition of sunrise frauds means that most of the generics are locked in a state of nothing/ holding screen.

Either way, it strongly detrs people from using .info names as keywords.

It has been designed like this because of the corrupt culture imbibed by Wipo and trade mark laws, and ICANN/ Afilias and the bullshit sunrise scam they set up for their own backward handshakes.
