responsibility for the submission of names preregistered through Regland? Were any names prereged through Rland submitted? Where did the money go? What is ICANN doing about it? Is this just another example of the Internet community remaining at risk while shonks in the domain business operate unhindered by ethics and ICANN? What of Cydian?  Did anyone have success with them?
