This rollout was fated from the start - was it not? The meaning of the term, Proof-of-Concept, is neither here nor there. Anybody with a brain must have known, that without validation - the rollout would not work properly. By not validating the data, they could make more money. That is why I believe they, and anybody that helped them, are corrupt.
