Subject: Afilias responsible for more than half all known Sunrise frauds

Message:

The Plankenstein and Lorenz cases when added together number more than half the total number of frauds registered at Sunrise.

They were submitted by DomainBank (Afilias CEO Hal Lubsen) and Speednames (Directors on Afilias Board).

Between them, over $500,000 was charged to carry out this abuse of Afilias's own systems.

Both Plankenstein and Lorenz admitted the Trademark details were fake (in Lorenz's case, non-existent, which made Lubsen's company shameful in supporting the names just for profit).

And there have been repeated requests to delete these recognised frauds (which would, at a stroke, half the number of stolen names).

Even Lorenz himself has begged (18 times) for the names to be deleted. He has admitted they should be deleted.

And yet Lubsen and Speednames, at the heart of Afilias, DO NOTHING.
They continue to prevent these names (which THEY registered and profited from) from being returned immediately to the public.

It is Afilias. It is outrageous.
