Yes, from what I hear they charged $50-60 US for the 5 year Sunrise registrations, and only for successful registrations.  Any 'fake' TM registrations are the fault of Joker's customers (like every other registrar) and not its own doing.      I, myself registered several names through Joker during the Landrush and was EXTREMELY pleased with their service and pricing... please Richard re-evaluate Joker.com - they have a '10' in my books for their service.
