I once thought that I could
only rely on the gloss and slick of US-Canada based registrars like Register, Netsol
I had first hand experience over the past 2 eventful months how bad customer
service had become for practically all the main players. They don't respond to your
email, or when they do, they give stupid, useless answers.
I am exceptionally impressed
with Israeli based idregister.com. IDR in particular, have been absolutely superb
in quick responses and great answers to my problems. They fix things fast and well.
Period. Like I was their only customer. I was initially thinking, sheesh, what do
these guys with the crappy web-site in Israeli know? Actually, they know lots.
is happening to the service over in America????? Are people so demoralized with the
dotcom bust that they are just flat demotivated with providing service?
