        One ticket per person lottery. Sure you can have your whole family buy tickets but that's the nature of the beast.

I did some research about how the .BIZ landrush worked out and it has nothing to do with fairness, whoever had the fastest pipe, beat the rest. I think there is a case to be made here for the Afilias Round-Robin process, if anything more people had a much better chance no matter how slim that was.

Come to think of it, given the amount of time that NeuLevel had to evaluate Afilias' pitfalls, I think they have done a much worse job launching .BIZ..

As far as proof of concepts go, I think Afilias (as bad as they have bungled things) seem to be running a much better registry than Verisign and NeuLevel.

Maybe there is some hope for these guys after all.
