Obviously, you don't :-)

You cannot use MountRushmore as trademark to sell services to that area - it is against 'unfair competition' laws.

What is important, is that your customers can recognize it is you.

Nobody would want anybody to fraudulantly claim to be you - to steal your business.

Which is why name.class.country.reg is required as certificate of authentication and directory.

Incidently, did the Samaritan Group reverse hijack MountRushmore.com from you?  ;-)
