I have a question.   I suppose 3M can still go ahead and challenge UDRP decision in a court of law.  Which means registrant will be compelled to defend and incur expenses.  What if registrant is not in a position to bear the expenses of litigation?  What are his or her options?  Can he or she argue in the court without engaging the services of an attorney?
