logical arguments based on a framework of prior examples and charge hundreds of pounds/ dollars per hour.

I can present logical arguments- I'm a programmer. I can research the framework of prior examples and WIPO's rules. But would i be allowed?

One thing to note is that I believe Judges do not take kindly to people playing 'lawyer'. Also , I think you may still be liable to pay the other side's legal fees if you lost, and large corporations do not go to the cheapest chappy.
