Subject: Domain name value

Random type-ins are *one* of the things that a domain name can be used for, but it is hardly the only reason for having one.  Some people, companies, and organizations simply want to get a name that they can use and promote as their address on the Internet, whether or not it is one that anybody might type in out of the blue.  The possible uses for domain names, and reasons why people might value them, are much more varied than the narrow speculator mindset holds.
