Subject: Is There Any Way To Make Formal Complaints About Registrars ...

... that will get a response.  Emails to ICANN regarding registrar complaints go unanswered.

Verisign/NSI takes money for services, then cannot perform.  No follow-up service, "corrupted files" on domain name accounts, no one at customer service will give you their last name, which means no one is accountable after they hang-up the phone.  Online support "chat" cannot be saved, and only first names given for those service people helping you.  You must wait inordinate amounts of time to even speak to someone.  Sometimes, you're disconnected, with no explanation.  But you cannot call back to speak to the same person.

It appears ICANN does not care about this.
