This is the way society is moving. You watch it carefully, the limits will be very noticable |

It's the capitalist way. Less and less control by government regulators and ombudsmen,
and more control by companies. Most people do not seem to appreciate the consequences
of this. Basically it means more and more aspects of your life will be controlled
by big businesses who can do as they please. The only hope of getting justice would
be a lawsuit, and they know 99.999% of the time this will not happen. The reduced
costs in ignoring 99.999% of complaints outweighs the cost of the lawsuit so it is
worthwhile to them to ignore everyone. I have said this before. The quality of
life in many areas is reducing. Even for well off people, even for the shareholders
at the root of capitalism, the quality of life in terms of customer service is reducing
drastically in many areas. Is it worth it? I'm not convinced. This will become more
and more apparent as the society is stretched to its limits of capitalism.
