Subject:	Something VERY fishy with challenged INFO names
Message:
A person associated with a shipping company (Air-Speed.com), challenged and won the "transfer" of the following 2 names (that I know off): medical.info diabetes.info I'm willing to bet any sum of money that he DOES NOT EVEN KNOW WHAT A TRADEMARK IS, LET ALONE OWN A COUPLE, however the best part is that the Afilias whois doesn't even show any Trademark data for those names and what's even more disturbing, the status of both names are listed as "OK" and "ACTIVE". Anyone cares to enlighten me on this latest FARCE ?
