A medical company would not be allowed the trademark 'medical'. It is against trademark
law and unfair competition law. It would be like DuPont fraudulantly claiming 'science'
as their trademark to get 'science.info' - it is against the law. Which is why
any generic words taken by a trademark during sunrise cannot show the product or
services that the word would imply.
