In answer to your question, Mole: Not putting any trademark details after a Sunrise Challenge is in violation of the Sunrise Challenge rules. You can challenge without a TM, but you  must have a valid TM to re-register the domain in your name. Afilias (claims that they) will, come the end of the year, do a search for all registrations with an initial registration date of before approx. September 13, and any ones that do not have valid TM information will be subsequently challenged. I assume that would apply to Sunrise challenged names also. Cheers Dave
