        Maybe in this case there were multiple challengers, but obviously AirSpeed was allowed to re-register a succesfully challenged name. The fact that Afilias is not including any TM details in the whois probably means that those fields do not exist in their database anymore or as I suspect they modified their forms after Sunrise in order to accomodate all the Landrush and post-landrush registrations.

That is to say, registrars also do not have the proper screens for re-registering a challenged name, which is quite expected (given the extreme lack of planning by Afilias shown so far). The biggest problem here is that if those fields do exist in the database, they should still show up with data of some kind!!!!
