                                A good move by Afilias to keep squatters at bay by declaring the New policy and Rules for Sunrise Challenges which will come in effect from 5th Dec., 2001. But they came bit late anyway better late than never.

As A Trade Mark Attorney, I feel that The Afilias should declare the dates for their so called  "Challenge of Last Resort" so the sunrise booked domain people will know what is their Policy ?.

Anyway I successfully challenged the domain Business.info for my clients who holds the Trade Mark for the Same. And he has submitted his TM papers to the concern Registrar at the time of requesting the Transfer.

But this is petty that The WIPO is not giving full Details of peoples who challenged the domain. So at least we can contact them and let them know the facts.
