Thanks Garry,I really admire your contribution to this coloumn always and I always go through your notes and also on your website for getting some intellectual material. Garry, You are right in pointing the trademark based system's problem and I too agree with you but you know in this world every thing donot go the way we want as we are attorneys and we have to go as per our clients instructions as far as our bread and butter are concern.
